The challenge
Care organizations need to monitor activities and milestones across many clients and teams at once, but scattered spreadsheets and manual updates make real-time visibility impossible.
Our approach
As part of the CiviCare Suite, we built the Tracker in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, modelling activities and progress so teams can update and review status in real time from one place.
The outcome
Care teams gained a single, reliable view of activity and progress across clients, replacing manual tracking with a structured, always-current system.
